Preparing and mailing consignments

Here you will find everything you need to help you prepare consignments with barcodes.

You need a barcode list for mailing purposes. This is used to enter the items and is sent back to you as proof of posting. For the purposes of enquiries or in the event of a claim for compensation we will need the barcode list as proof. The barcode list does not replace the postage paid impression of items sent.

In the case of PP items we also need a dispatch list.
