Dispatch of debt collection documents with barcode

Thanks to delivery tracking (Track & Trace), you can keep updated as to the dispatch status of debt collection documents. For the time being, the use of the barcode is still optional, but this is expected to become mandatory from 1 January 2013.

Barcodes can be obtained free of charge from MyPostBusiness or from your customer advisor.

eSchKG and sedex

The combination of eSchKG and sedex enables you to exchange dispatch data regarding your barcoded items with Swiss Post and to receive handover documents and Track & Trace information. To use this service, please contact your software partner or customer advisor.

After a first failed attempt at delivery, we offer you a low-cost second delivery option, "special delivery via Swiss-Courier".
