Preparing lLtter Bulk Mailing International items for mailing
- Pre-sort according to the three formats and price zones.
- Frank with the "PP" impression. Stamps or franking machine impressions are not permitted.
- Hand in: always using the “Dispatch list for addressed international letters” form.
Dispatch list
- The form “Dispatch list for addressed international letters” must be enclosed with all mailings.
- You can ask for the form at your local post office. An electronic version is also available at Dispatch list online.
