We will take over your order management and all payment processes, invoicing, accounts receivable management, reminders and payment monitoring. We also offer an optional payment guarantee in selected countries.

Our modular Subscription Management solution also includes the following tasks:

  • Risk analyses at time of customer set-up, by means of credit checks and address verification.
  • Entry of subscriptions and booking to the customer's account
  • Fully automated preparation of invoices and reminders including collections
  • Delivery of the invoice either electronically, as an e-bill, or physically, printed in black/white or colour

We will carry out automatic data synchronizations with your CRM and product systems regularly or in real-time to ensure that your customer and product data are always up-to-date on our systems.
