PickPost: Information for Individuals

Are you seldom at home when the parcel carrier calls round to drop off a parcel? If so, PickPost is the perfect solution for you. Thanks to PickPost, you can collect your parcels at a time and place that suits you.

For each order, you must provide the sender with both your PickPost customer number and the PickPost point which you would like to use as your delivery address. You can select a new PickPost point for each delivery. The correct address for the chosen PickPost point and an example of the address format can be found under "Correct address format".

You will be notified by text message and/or e-mail as soon as the item has arrived at your chosen PickPost point. You are free to collect your delivery from the PickPost point within seven days.
