Supplements for parcels to heavy and/or to large
Swiss Post charges a supplement for all parcels larger or heavier than the standard dimensions. This applies to all parcels weighing more than 30 kg or longer than 250 cm and/or with a belt length (2x height + 2x width + longest dimension) in excess of 400 cm. Swiss Post reserves the right to limit its range of services for such consignments.

If the consignment cannot be delivered, its return is also subject to a supplement: CHF 60.– (excl. VAT) for items up to 40 kg and CHF 95.– (excl. VAT) for items over 40 kg and/or with a belt length in excess of 400 cm.
