Repairnet makes use of both night and day to pick up and deliver equipment. The Internet is used for online communication between dealers, transport service providers, repair centres and customers.

By transmitting the type of equipment, the defect and product-specific information, the service centre can plan the work for the coming day and prepare spare parts. The equipment is delivered to the service centre overnight, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. The repairs can be tracked and called up online (scan checks at a number of interfaces) and there are electronic links to the service centres.
