When purchasing a mobile phone with prepaid card or a subscription, the customer must not only verify his/her identity but also register. The PostPac Priority services with ID check or contract signature have been developed in order to enable the customer to purchase the mobile phone, subscription or SIM card online. For mobile phone operators, the purchaser must verify his/her identity upon being handed the parcel by the postal carrier.
