Help for not registered users

You can read confidential e-mails only after you have registered your e-mail address on a one-off basis. When opening the message attachment secure-email.html according to the above instructions you will be taken to the registration of your e-mail address. After selecting your language click on “Open now”.

You are taken automatically to the registration form where you can register for IncaMail with the corresponding e-mail address and your personal data or with an existing SuisseID.

After successfully completing your registration you can open the confidential message. To do this, follow the corresponding instructions for your e-mail provider or your e-mail program. You will find further information on registration in the  IncaMail help.
