Over 17,000 letters from children to Santa Claus will reach the right address this year too. In most cases they receive an answer – from Swiss Post employees who act as deputies in the days leading up to the holiday.

Thousands of imaginative letters reached Swiss Post last winter. And because children this year are likely to be just as imaginative, the five "Santa Claus" and helpers at Swiss Post can look forward to more letters.
