At its meeting on 23 February 2010, the Board of Directors of Swiss Post elected Dominique Freymond and Andreas Schläpfer as Vice-Chairmen of the Board.

Dominique Freymond (55) has been a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Post since 2002. In his capacity as Director, he chairs the Organization, Nomination & Remuneration (ONR) Committee. Andreas Schläpfer (62) has been a member of the Swiss Post Board of Directors since 2009 and chairs the Investment, Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances (IMAA) Committee.

The Board of Directors has been chaired by Peter Hasler since 20 January 2010. The elections for a new Board of Directors will be carried out in the coming weeks by the Federal Council.
