Survival requires change

Customer habits are changing – fewer and fewer letters, parcels and payments are coming in over the conventional post office counter. One of the main reasons for this is modern technology such as SMS and the Internet, as well as the increased competition resulting from liberalization of the postal market.

So Swiss Post is also changing – for example by introducing new solutions in the post office network. But one thing will remain constant: the provision of high-quality postal services nationwide.
