Good planning means good service

When you mail items, you count on them being delivered securely and reliably. In principle, mailed items are delivered to letterboxes in all residential areas occupied year-round.

Items that cannot be placed in letterboxes or mailboxes are handed over at the entrance to the house or flat or a note is left inviting the addressee to collect the item.

Limitations of home delivery

There may be exceptional cases in which we will not deliver your consignments to the location specified in the address. The limitations applicable to home delivery are explained in our brochure "Letters Swiss"
