Holiday forwarding order

You don’t have to go without your mail when you are on holiday. With a temporary forwarding order, your mail is delivered to your holiday address.

A temporary forwarding order means you can stay on the ball, even when you are on holiday. During your holiday, we will forward all addressed postal items to your holiday address.

Ideally, you should inform us of your holiday address no later than three days before departure, and for an express surcharge we will execute your order on the next working day.

Please note: The registration process may take 2-3 days, as we have to verify your address by letter for security reasons.

Private customers can also issue forwarding orders over the phone. The service number to call is 0848 33 22 11. A credit card is required for this type of order. Our post offices will also be pleased to accept forwarding orders. Please make sure you bring along a valid form of ID.
