Forwarding order for when you are on holiday

You don’t have to go without your mail when you are on holiday. With a temporary forwarding order, your mail is delivered to your holiday address.

A temporary forwarding order means you can stay on the ball, even when you are on holiday. With the exception of unaddressed bulk mailings, we deliver all addressed mail to your holiday address while you are away. The order includes the forwarding of letters without charge. When you receive a parcel, you pay the parcel price according to the current price list.

Advise us of your holiday address up to 3 days before you go away. The best way is to send us the forwarding order online. If you are taking a break for more than a year, you can extend the temporary forwarding order with a permanent one.

Now also by telephone

Private customers can now also issue a forwarding order by telephone. Simply dial the service number 0848 33 22 11. For this kind of order, you need a credit card.

Our post offices also accept forwarding orders. Please bring a valid form of identification.
