In addition to PickPost registration, you will find many useful Swiss Post applications on Login Swiss Post. For instance, you can submit your orders to have mail retained during your holidays or create your own stamps with WebStamp. A single login will grant you access to all applications.

PickPost customer number

Once you have registered, your PickPost customer will be sent to you via e-mail. Your PickPost customer number is the most important component of your PickPost address. For information on correct address formats, go to "Correct address format".

No obligations

Registration is without obligation. You can continue to have your parcels delivered to your home. In this case, simply re-enter your home address as the delivery address.

Free

PickPost is a free service. Parcel collection and notification by text/e-mail are free of charge. There are no additional costs for the parcel sender either.
