Redirecting post abroad

If you are moving house or are going to be away from home temporarily, it's very easy to have your mail redirected. All you need to do is notify us of the new address in writing. The necessary forms are available at any post office counter. When issuing the instructions in person, please bring some ID with you:

• All letter-post items will be forwarded to the new address as PRIORITY mail.
• Items will only be redirected abroad if they meet the conditions for onward forwarding and if the sender has not expressly prohibited redirection.
• The following cannot be redirected: domestic parcels, PromoPost items, legal and debt collection documents and military items.
