What does «Login Swiss Post» signify?

The «Login Swiss Post» account has been introduced to enable you to log on to most of the Swiss Post online services in the future using a single username and password.

You can already use «Login Swiss Post»  today for the following online services:

• WebStamp
• Forwarding order
• Organizer
• Address database

From the spring of 2010 «Login Swiss Post»  will also function for the online shops of Swiss Post (PostShop, Philashop, extra Boutique). However, this does not apply to PostFinance services.

Click on the «Password forgotten» link beneath the login window and follow the instructions on screen.

Do I have to register in order to be able to order something?

This depends on the service. With some services you can also make purchases without being registered.

What does «Login with certificate» mean ?

With a «Login with certificate», you identify yourself using a recognized certificate instead of a username and password.

How can I convert my existing account to a «Login Swiss Post» account?

The next time you log on, enter your existing username and password. This will trigger the process of converting your existing account to a «Login Swiss Post»  account. Please follow the instructions on the screen.

How can I activate other additional services after successfully registering?

Once you are logged on, you will find all the services currently available that you can use with «Login Swiss Post»  under «My profile».
