One login for everything

Swiss Post is launching its new website on 1 June. The two previous login solutions for private and business customers are being replaced. All the functions of "Login Swiss Post" and "My Post Business" have now been combined at one place in the Customer Center at www.swisspost.ch. This will make it even easier for customers to access the wide range of Swiss Post services.

As from June Swiss Post’s new website will be offering its customers a redesigned and cutting edge electronic application and information portal. It will now be possible for customers to organize frequently used applications, pages and documents themselves in the centralized Customer Center. With only one login, customers can, for example, design their own stamps, edit their collection notes, have their mail articles retained, request single authorizations, or have parcels collected from their homes. The navigation is consistently geared to customer requirements. This will make it even easier for customers to find the information and the functions they want.

With the new website, Swiss Post is laying the foundations for an improved digital sales and contact channel to its private and business customers. In turn, the new website will make a major contribution to the ongoing development of Swiss Post’s services. PostFinance and PostBus will continue to have their own websites.

The Internet continues to gain in importance

For Swiss Post, as a stakeholder at the interface between the physical and digital world, the Internet plays an increasingly significant role in developing the services it offers, and as a sales channel. Swiss Post’s customers demand services that are available any time and anywhere, which can be optimally covered through the Internet, whether from a computer, a tablet, or from a mobile phone. The new website will therefore enable "responsiveness" for the first time, i.e. the website has been specifically designed for display on terminal devices. The individual online services/functions will continue to be developed and modernized over the next few months. This will make it even easier to do business with Swiss Post, despite the increasing complexity of our everyday lives.

In the course of the changeover, some individual functions may be temporarily delayed or unavailable for a short time.
