From 1 August 2021 onwards, you will no longer be able to access E-Post Office. Before that date, you can download your archived digital mail with a click of a button, which you can then save to your device. You will be able to download your mail items in your personal E-Post area by going to Settings > Data export (login required)
Your current contract was cancelled as of 30 June 2021. In accordance with the relevant notice periods and our GTCs, all data will be permanently and automatically deleted as of 1 August 2021.
Any mail that was previously sent to you digitally will now be automatically delivered physically to your postal address by Swiss Post. You do not need to do anything.
