Swiss Post completes Board of Directors with Bernadette Koch and Ronny Kaufmann
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Swiss Post held on 27 November 2018 has appointed Bernadette Koch and Ronny Kaufmann as members of the Swiss Post Board of Directors. They take office on the date of their election and succeed Adriano P. Vassalli and Susanne Blank, who stood down in June 2018. Bernadette Koch will contribute in-depth knowledge of auditing, while Ronny Kaufmann, as proposed by the staff association transfair, will use his expertise in the field of public organizations and his understanding of Swiss Post Group.

Adriano P. Vassalli and Susanne Blank stood down from their positions on the Swiss Post Board of Directors in June 2018. With the appointment of Bernadette Koch and Ronny Kaufmann at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 November 2018, Swiss Post has gained two proven experts as new members of the Board of Directors:
Bernadette Koch (1968) succeeds Adriano P. Vassalli. She is a trained business economist and auditor. Until July 2018 she was a partner at EY, where she was responsible for major auditing mandates and a member of the EY Assurance Management Committee in the role of People Partner. She headed the Public Sector market area at EY Switzerland for several years.
Ronny Kaufmann (1975) succeeds Susanne Blank as staff representative. He is CEO of Swisspower Ltd, the strategic alliance of Swiss utility companies. He previously worked as Head of Public Affairs & Corporate Responsibility at Swiss Post and was co-owner and partner of a company specializing in business and communications consulting.
