As fit as a … squirrel?
The cooler autumn weather we’ve seen over the past few days is making us lazy again after the glorious summer. To sidestep this, and use the last few golden autumn days to explore nature feeling as fit as usual, we’ll show you a few wonderfully wild yoga exercises for the whole body.

The days are getting shorter and the weather's getting worse. Right now we tend to make ourselves cosy with a hot chocolate in front of the TV. However, we shouldn't give up hope yet of seeing a few more golden autumn days. It’s these very days that give us a chance to get back out and explore the most beautiful corners of Switzerland. Anyone can do simple stretching – and you should always do this, including before less demanding hikes. Even top athletes always warm up!
However, what’s special about the exercises that Eliane shows you in the following three videos is the connection to Swiss nature and the creatures that live here. You’ll also find these animals as guides in our hiking brochure. And don't worry: you don't need to be able to fly or climb trees.
