…you just need to know how. The free “Go Digital” courses offer a simple introduction to the world of online account management.

This gives PostFinance customers an insight into how payment by smartphone works or how to pay invoices on a computer.
The courses are run in three sessions at PostFinance branches throughout Switzerland. The first module is called “Getting started”. In this session, participants learn what online banking means. They install the PostFinance App on their personal smartphones and practise using it to check their account balance or view account transactions.
In the second course, “Applying knowledge”, they learn how to pay bills and set up standing orders using their smartphone or laptop. The third module, “Consolidation”, offers an insight into other digital account management functions and alternative payment solutions such as TWINT.
