Swiss Post General Meeting: Confederation approves all proposals from the Board of Directors
At yesterday’s General Meeting, the Confederation, as the sole shareholder in Swiss Post, accepted all the proposals made by the Board of Directors. The GM approved the 2020 consolidated and annual financial statements, and elected Christian Levrat as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The General Meeting of Swiss Post Ltd yesterday approved the 2020 consolidated and annual financial statements. As in the previous year, the dividend distribution from Swiss Post to the Confederation amounts to 50 million francs. The General Meeting also confirmed the appointment of Christian Levrat as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1 December 2021 and re-elected the previous members of the Board of Directors. Member of the Board of Directors Peter Hug did not stand for re-election.
