Dog with feeding bowl

We’re looking for four photos of “Cute animals” to feature in our stamp issue of 9 May 2023. Whether it’s a faithful dog, a cheeky sparrow or a kid bleating boldly right next to your garden fence: if you’re an animal lover or an amateur photographer, now’s your chance! If you catch a domestic or wild animal at an opportune moment, then take your shot and send us your photo. Preferably with a high cuteness factor, as this stamp set is all about cute, sweet – and native – animals. So please don’t send us photos of elephants at the zoo! The perfect photo would be a full body shot of the animal.

How to take part in the competition

More information about the requirements for the photo and the process for entering the competition can be found here: www.swisspost.ch/stamps. The deadline for entries is 10 July 2022.

Prizes to be won

The four winning photos will be published as official stamps on 9 May 2023 and each winner will receive a Postshop voucher worth 500 francs. There is also a prize for the other photos that make it into the top 20: a Postshop voucher worth 50 francs for each one.

Vote and win again

A jury from Swiss Post will select the top 20 photos. From 21 July to 31 July 2022, you can vote for your favourite photo and be automatically entered into a prize draw for 10 Postshop vouchers worth 50 francs each. Further information on the Switzerland-wide vote will be published on this page in due course.
