Pascal Grieder takes up his role as CEO today. After his first few days in the background at Swiss Post, he is looking forward to his official start and to shaping the future of Swiss Post together with his colleagues.
I would like to use the coming weeks to get to know Swiss Post and its employees even better – in the branches, centers and garages, on the delivery rounds and in the offices. I want to hear, understand and feel what drives them. I’m convinced that Swiss Post’s strength lies in its diversity and in all the people who shape it.

Pascal Grieder is 48 years old and comes from Basel. Today, he lives with his wife and three children in the Canton of Vaud. The graduate engineer from ETH Zurich has many years of management experience in the Swiss digital economy. From 2018 to 2023, he was CEO of the telecommunications company Salt Mobile AG, where his priorities were innovation and customer focus.
