The new Post-App – simple, fast and anywhere

The new Post-App makes handling your everyday postal transactions easier: track your consignments and manage when they arrive flexibly. Frank letters and parcels directly by smartphone and have parcels collected from your home if you wish. And branches, letter boxes, My Post 24 terminals – including collection times and opening hours – and other important Swiss Post services can now be found in a single app.

What’s special about the app is that we’ve developed it with and for our customers. During a public trial phase, anyone interested could test and help design the preview version of the app. This feedback has had a crucial impact on the development of the app, and today, it’s more intuitive, clearer and faster.

Thanks to the new Post-App

• never miss consignments again: track your consignments and decide for yourself when and where they are delivered – including redirection or collection.
• never affix stamps or have to carry around parcels again: frank your letters in the app itself – without any sticking, printing or queuing. You can have your parcels collected from your home on request.
• never spend time searching again: find branches, letter boxes, My Post 24 terminals and other services near you – including collection and opening hours.
• never face chaotic paperwork again: the digital letter box gives you easy access to your letters and documents – anytime and anywhere.
• never lose receipts again: receive your receipts at the counter via the app now – easily and sustainably via QR code.
• never miss your Postbus again: see where your Postbus is in real time – including timetable info for the best possible planning on the go. It’s ideal if you’re commuting or making an unplanned journey.
