In a short video, Roberto Cirillo reflects on his first months as Swiss Post CEO and addresses staff directly. He thanks them for the warm welcome he received in his first weeks. During his numerous visits to various locations, he discovered a “diverse, modern Swiss Post” – and employees “who put their heart and soul into their work”. But he also adds: “Dobbiamo darci una mossa – we need to give it a nudge!” Swiss Post needs to get moving. The goal is clear: “We want to develop a relevant, sustainable and modern Swiss Post for the next decade.”
