Launch of the first three-wheeled electric scooters.
As of 2017, the entire fleet of scooters has been converted. -

The first electric busTarget not accessible is brought into operation as a shuttle in Saas-Fee. The first e-vehicle to be used on scheduled routes follows in Interlaken in 2017. Today, PostBus has five e-buses in service.

Discarded scooter batteries are used as stationary energy storage units for solar power.

First experience of using e-delivery vans for parcel delivery. In order to reach the required load capacity, they need to be upgraded with an attachment.

2018: Swiss Post signs the Swiss Confederation’s “Electromobility Roadmap 2022”. The aim is to increase the proportion of newly registered e-vehicles to 15 percent by 2022.

2019: Post CH Ltd becomes a member of “EV100”Target not accessible. The goals of the international climate initiative: to accelerate e-mobility and convert fleets to e-power by 2030.

Starting this summer, Swiss Post is testing 11 electrically powered delivery vans from the manufacturer MAN and 10 delivery vans from the manufacturer SAIC for parcel delivery.
