You may want to give a gift to someone special but don’t want the parcel to reach them in the mail before you arrive. No problem. You can address your item to the My Post 24 terminal of your choice. You can be sure the surprise won’t be spoiled.

Holiday addresses

If you don’t want to wait for a consignment until after your holiday, or you have ordered something special for your time away, you can use a My Post 24 terminal as your address if holidaying in Switzerland.Advent calendars, scavenger hunts, etc.

Your security is paramount

Ensuring that your items are secure is our utmost priority, no matter how you decide to use the My Post 24 terminals. You therefore need to create a free user account at swisspost.ch/login as a one-off measure before you can use the service to its full extent. You will then receive a letter with a confirmation code for your address within three days. If you already have a login, all you need to do is go to the customer center, activate the option “My Post 24” under “Mailing and receipt services”, and check whether your address is already confirmed. If it isn’t, please request a confirmation code. After registration, you will receive an e-mail with your personal user ID. You will need the user ID to use a My Post 24 terminal as a recipient address. Once everything is in order, you can use the service as and when you need. 1. The competition starts on 11 June 2018 at midday and ends on 13 July 2018 at midday.
2. Three Postshop vouchers worth CHF 50 each will be awarded to the winners.
3. The competition will be held in English, French, German and Italian.
4. Those wishing to participate should send an e-mail with “MP24” in the subject to redaktion@swisspost.ch. Multiple e-mails will count as a single entry.
5. Only persons who reside legally in Switzerland are eligible to participate.
6. The winners will be informed via e-mail. Winners must send their address information by e-mail to redaktion@swisspost.ch within 24 hours. If a winner does not contact us within this period, another winner will be chosen.
7. The address details provided by the winner will be used only for the purposes of sending the prize vouchers. They will not be saved or passed on to any third parties.
8. There is no right of appeal and no cash prizes will be awarded.
