Competitive thanks to digitization
Online counters instead of tedious visits to the public authorities, AI and broadband Internet for all. Digital services are key for a country’s competitiveness. This is what 70 percent of the Swiss believe.

Digital Swiss infrastructure
Who owns the digital infrastructure, for example the network, servers or data stores? For 69 percent of Swiss people, the decisive factor is whether it is run by the Swiss state or a foreign entity.

Buying know-how
Should digital know-how be acquired with company acquisitions? The Swiss say “yes”. 45 percent are in favour of occasional acquisitions, while 31 percent are rather against it. The rest remain undecided.

Swiss Post’s digital commitment
Our digital ambitions are well received: two-thirds of Swiss people are in favour of Swiss Post supporting Swiss companies, institutions and public authorities in their digital transformation.

Reliable partner
Eight out of ten Swiss people feel that Swiss Post is there for everyone. Three out of four would regret it if Swiss Post no longer existed in its current form. And every second person is of the opinion that Swiss Post provides security in times of change.

Data storage
Who stores our data? Where are the servers located? The majority of Swiss people would rather entrust their digital data to a state institution than to a foreign private entity.
