More and more access points
The densest postal network in Europe

Swiss Post has the densest postal network in Europe and is expanding it all the time to include additional access points. There are more and more branches with partners, My Post 24 terminals, home delivery services, acceptance and collection points and business customer points. Of its approximately 4,800 access points, Swiss Post still runs about 800 self-operated branches today. And that’s how it’s going to stay: in 2021, Swiss Post entered a new strategy period which will last until the end of 2024. Its aim is to continue expanding its access points, and to stabilize the number of self-operated branches at 800.
