We are pleased that you are interested in the fascinating world of Swiss Post. To prepare for your visit to one of our letter and parcel centers, we need a few details. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

  • We do not offer any tours of the Frauenfeld parcel center from mid-November to mid-January.

  • There are no tours from December to mid-January and on public holidays.

  • For organizational reasons, we need some lead time to process your registration. We regret that registrations for the following month cannot be accepted after the 15th of the current month.
