Procedure

During the visit, we will provide you with background information on letter or parcel processing. We will guide you through the selected center, where you can see our staff at work and experience the latest technologies.

Times

Tours take place from Monday to Friday. Times and group sizes vary by location. Visits are not possible in the pre-Christmas period and on public holidays.

Costs

Tours are free of charge.

Key information

  • Our tours are open to visitors from the age of 10 and older (school year 4). Age-appropriate tours are available for school groups.
  • There is also a tour that is suitable for people with a disability. Please discuss your needs with us in advance.
  • Unfortunately, dogs will have to stay at home, because the centers are noisy and hectic.
