How much CO2 is emitted by your company’s shipping with Swiss Post? The CO2 report provides this information – simply, detailed and free of charge. The data is relevant to calculating your carbon footprint in Scope 3 and helps you to achieve your climate targets. By reducing our own emissions, we are helping to make shipping as environmentally friendly as possible, thereby also contributing to the sustainability of your company.

Further development of the CO2 report​

At the beginning of 2026, we further developed our CO2report and are switching to the internationally established ISO standard 14083.

How to download the CO2 report​

The CO2 report is available in the “My Post” customer portal in the “Invoice manager” online service.

Useful tool for small and large companies

We provide our business customers with the CO2 report free of charge. It is suitable for the following companies with an order volume of 5,000 francs or more per year:

  • Major customers with legal reporting obligations
  • SMEs that want to understand their carbon footprint better
