Swiss Post has an impact on the targets 11.2, 11.3, 11.6 and 11.a as it:

• creates access to safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable transport systems for the public with over 900 PostBus routes, with a particular emphasis on the needs of women, children, people with disabilities and older people,
• improves safety on the roads with driver safety training,
• helps shape more sustainable urban development by focusing on delivery with low CO₂ emissions. It uses around 6,000 electric scooters. By doing so, it reduces environmental pollution and improves air quality,
• reduces empty runs by collecting recyclable material and works with bakeries and farmers to deliver regional products.
