Project description

The existing Baden cantonal hospital (KSB) is being extended, with the construction of a new, future-oriented hospital building providing total space of around 40,000 square metres in the direct vicinity.

Completing construction efficiently and on time is the top priority in this kind of large-scale project. It was vital to ensure optimal coordination of the large quantities of materials delivered to the construction site each day. Various aspects, such as delivery, storage, distribution of materials and waste disposal, were coordinated.
