These days, customers are used to deciding when they want to receive their parcels. With the “Evening delivery” value-added service, you can arrange for your customers to receive their parcels in the evening too (Monday to Friday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.). If you send us your customers’ corresponding contact data electronically, they will be informed of delivery in advance by SMS or e-mail.

Are you a private customer without special conditions? With our “My consignments” online service, you can select “Evening delivery” to receive parcels (on condition that your mail order company offers this option).

Who is this service for & preconditions

The “Evening delivery” value-added service is intended for business customers with a billing relationship who wish to have parcels delivered to their customers in the evening.

Important information

The use of the “Evening delivery” value-added service is linked to the following preconditions:

  • Correct and complete labelling of consignments (consignment barcode and “Evening delivery (AZS)” value-added service barcode)
  • Before posting: area check and electronic registration of consignments no later than 45 min. before the consignment arrives at the parcel center for processing; for SameDay consignments, no later than 12 noon on the day of posting/delivery. See following table for systems:
