With “My consignments” and the “Notification service”, we inform your customers of their consignments’ delivery status on your behalf. This enables you to optimize the customer experience in collaboration with us. For all notifications, we offer additional options for personalizing your brand identity.
Here’s how it works

One-time set-up
After arranging an individual agreement, you send us your required logo and/or the personal content for your link.

In all e-mail notifications, you demonstrate customer proximity and strengthen customer loyalty thanks to your logo and/or your personal link.

Display of your logo
Your logo will be displayed in the consignment details list next to “Parcel from:
You must send the logo to us once as a graphic file (as per technical specifications). A link to the logo is not possible.

Your individual link as a button
We integrate a link to your site, just like our other buttons. Based on your requirements (icon, background colour, text, link), we create a proposal for you.
The linked button will be integrated into all notifications. It will be displayed under “What you can do now”, after Swiss Post’s buttons.
Only links that conform to data protection law may be added.

Annual fee
You can access the “Individualization” service via a separate agreement. The following prices apply to the service.

Including initial integration
Alterations such as changing the logo or updating the button with individual link are charged at CHF 250 per order.
All prices are valid for one year and exclude VAT.
