The “PostPac Priority with identity check or contract signing” service enables you to identify your customer and have contracts signed.

Your advantages

  • A signature is obtained from the customer on the ID Check form or on the contract
  • Delivery throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
  • Liability up to a maximum of CHF 1,500.00 per parcel in the event of loss or damage
  • Consignment reports also available via DataTransfer if needed
  • Swiss Post Contact Center for queries concerning consignments (tel.: 0848 888 888)

ID Check

For ID checks, we provide you with a standard form on which you can include your company logo if required.


You can freely design contracts which require a signature for delivery.

Who is this service for and preconditions

The “PostPac Priority with identity check or contract signing” service is suitable for:

  • Companies who sell subscriptions or prepaid cards for mobile phones
  • Shipping goods to private customers where personal information needs to be checked or confirmed
  • Obtaining a signature for a contract

“PostPac Priority with identity check or contract signing” is available if you have a billing relationship with Swiss Post.

All conditions, such as delivery quantity per annum, weight and parcel price are agreed in writing.
