Process

Swiss Post collects the print data from the software provider, sorts it, prints it, and packages the documents the same day. Debt collection documents are sent directly to the relevant Swiss Post delivery offices.

Range of services

You can send us all printing and consignment data for your documents on a daily basis, from Monday to Friday. Transfer to DataTransfer is either via sedex (for a fee) or SFTP.

The debt collection documents are sorted by delivery office, printed and sent in a neutral collective envelope. The system automatically generates a delivery note that is acknowledged upon posting. The collective envelopes are shipped free of charge for you. Orders to pay are billed automatically with Letter mail easy.

The daily mail (Registered (R), A Mail Plus and A and B Mail) is printed and dispatched in neutral or in the C5 envelopes provided by you. Items are shipped and posted to the specified addresses on the processing day. Registered (R), A Mail Plus and A Mail are dispatched via the A Mail channel, and B Mail is dispatched via the B Mail channel. Letters with a barcode (Registered (R), A Mail Plus) are posted with a delivery note generated from the system, which is then acknowledged upon posting. The shipping tax is billed automatically via Letter mail easy. For consignments without a barcode (A and B Mail), the system automatically generates a dispatch list, enabling consignments to be billed accurately.

Preconditions

To use the “Printing and packaging” value-added service, you need an upgrade to your specialist application. This upgrade is carried out by your software partner. Our specialists will be pleased to advise you about the detailed preconditions for implementation.

0.68 per debt collection document, 2 pages, duplex

Daily mail
Contract price, calculation by volume, page factor, delivery frequency. You may also be charged a one-off activation fee by the print service provider to set up your account.
