With VinoLog, we ship your wines and spirits directly to your customers. Even large pallets of wine reach your business partners safely. Swiss Post takes care of the customs formalities, picking, transport, delivery and collection of consignments from wine retailers, wineries etc.
We collect your VinoLog consignments from your premises. Depending on the order, our driver travels to the pick-up address on the same or next day. He checks whether the consignment is complete and then collects it. When handing over the goods, you must ensure the transport order is included. We collect the goods directly for importers with more than 3,000 consignments a year.
Or you can bring your VinoLog consignments to an acceptance platform in your area.
The consignment, in its original packaging, will be delivered to your customer within two to four working days – even as far as the wine cellar if you wish.
Liability of up to CHF 500.00 is included in the price.
A billing relationship with Swiss Post and a parcel franking licence are required in order to use the VinoLog solution.
You send a large volume of shipments and have a billing relationship with Swiss Post. We invoice the services through franking licences set up especially for you. You receive a monthly invoice that lists all your transactions.
For boxes that are tied together, we recommend reinforcing the edges with strapping. Do not cover the barcode or the recipient address with tape. Bundled consignments are considered as a single consignment for the purposes of liability. Swiss Post is also not liable for losses or damages if parcels are lost or damaged during processing or transportation or as a result of straps that have come loose.
