On request, VinoLog can be combined with the following value-added services:
- Collection order: If your customer is not satisfied with an order, we will collect the consignment and return it to you.
- Picking: Your consignments are picked, packed and made ready for dispatch according to your delivery notes.
- Storage: You may also store your wine here with us.
- Returned item: Items are returned at the sender’s expense.
Value-added services for parcels
Swiss Post will only hand over “Signature” consignments once the registered person has signed for them.
Business customers can ship valuable consignments with our Assurance service to increase liability and obtain proof of receipt.
Electronic cash on delivery (BLN)
Electronic cash on delivery (BLN): the practical and safe shipping and collection solution for business customers.
With the “Evening delivery” value-added service, business customers can arrange an evening delivery for their customers.
With the Saturday delivery value-added service, Swiss Post delivers parcels on Saturdays with the option of notifying recipients.
Time slot delivery
With time slot delivery, parcels are delivered in a time slot according to the wishes of the recipient or the sender.
With a selection of delivery instructions, business customers arrange for Swiss Post to deliver consignments in line with their wishes.
Posting conditions VinoLog / liability
For boxes that are tied together, we recommend reinforcing the edges with strapping. Do not cover the barcode or the recipient address with tape. Bundled consignments are considered as a single consignment for the purposes of liability. Swiss Post is also not liable for losses or damages if parcels are lost or damaged during processing or transportation or as a result of straps that have come loose.

Domestic parcel labelsThis online service is not accessible to all.
The “Domestic parcel labels” service is used to create and print shipping labels for domestic parcel consignments simply online.
Order collectionThis online service is not accessible to all.
With the “Order collection” online service, business customers can place an order for Swiss Post to pick up their consignments quickly and easily online. Pick-up orders can be one-off, regular, with excess volume or at specific times.
Collect domestic parcels for returnThis online service is not accessible to all.
