The maximum price for customs clearance is CHF 70.00.
Swiss Post customs clearance includes the import clearance of letters, parcels and EMS consignments arriving in Switzerland by mail or via the GLS or Hermes Europe networks. We take care of the customs formalities for you and offer appropriate value-added services.
On behalf of the Swiss Customs Administration, and taking applicable legislation into account, we apply tax and duties on goods that come into Switzerland. We take care of the import customs clearance and invoice the taxes, duties and fees.
