Consignments treated with care

Consignments sent with the “Fragile” value-added service may contain delicate and/or fragile goods. Swiss Post will handle them with the required care when loading and unloading as well as during delivery.

There is a higher liability limit for deliveries with the “Fragile” value-added service. In the event of damage, loss or incorrect delivery of fragile consignments, Swiss Post assumes liability up to a maximum of CHF 5,000.00.
