Important information

Court Document Online

Simplify your mailing of summonses, fines, court rulings, orders and judgments: “Court Document Online” offers you seamless information exchange with Swiss Post. This improves the efficiency of your processing operations and increases security. Interested? Contact your customer advisor.

Here’s how it works

  1. Generally, the supplier of your specialist application registers you with Swiss Post. You can also register directly: contact your customer advisor or call the DataTransfer support service free of charge on 0848 789 789. After registering, you will receive all the information you need to establish a connection with DataTransfer and access the “My Post” customer portal.
  2. We will then activate your test account. We accompany you through all the steps in the process: from consignment preparation, simulated delivery and receipt of the consignment data to confirmation of receipt.
  3. You create your consignments and submit an XML data file with the consignment data (barcode numbers, dispatch notes, addresses) to Swiss Post. You will then receive the necessary posting document (DataTransfer delivery note) from Swiss Post. Print this out and include it with the consignment.
  4. Swiss Post provides you with a data file for track and trace every morning. Once the court documents have been successfully delivered, this file will also contain direct links to the confirmation of receipt in the Swiss Post Customer Login. You can also access the confirmations of receipt directly via the “Track consignments” web service.
  5. As an optional service, you can obtain the archive data from Swiss Post. We provide the data for download approximately 90 days after delivery via DataTransfer.
