Notes:

Proof of processing report

When the report (PDF and CSV) is prepared, all consignments from the selected time period are selected online from the database. This procedure can take some time.

Consignments that have not yet been invoiced

When displaying the consignments that have not yet been invoiced, the total of the summary of services may not match that of the proof of processing report. This is because the consignment data are not sent to Swiss Post’s invoicing system on a daily basis.

Restricting data in the proof of processing report

The PDF file of the proof of processing report can display a maximum of 2,000 consignments (approx. 60 pages). If your consignment volume per invoicing period is higher than this, you need to restrict the from/to date (select partial period).

For system-related reasons, the CSV format is restricted to 40,000 lines (consignments). However, if your average consignment volume exceeds 20,000 consignments we recommend that you restrict the from/to date or download your consignment data using a special FTP account. If this applies to you, please contact your customer advisor, who will be happy to help you set up/order an FTP connection.
