You can use the “Order Dispoboxes” online service to

  • Enter and change Dispobox orders and check the order status
  • Consult your Dispobox stock
  • View reports of your orders over a 12-month period
  • Order accessories (Dispobags, sealing label, box and pull-tight seals).

Costs

There is a fee for using Dispoboxes. Details of the prices are provided at Dispobox prices.

Preconditions

Contractual requirement / registration:

To use the “Order Dispoboxes” online service, you need a:

  1. billing relationship with Swiss Post
  2. valid franking licence
  3. login for www.swisspost.ch

To use the service, please contact your customer advisor or Swiss Post Customer Service. They will activate the order system for you.

Once it is activated, you will be able to use the “Order Dispoboxes” online service.

Minimum order quantity:

Dispoboxes: 20

Dispobags: 100

Seals: 1'000
