Entering, managing and deleting sub-addresses can be quickly carried out online using the “Manage sub-addresses” online service. With the “Sub-address” service, incoming mail can be centralized for various recipients. Swiss Post delivers letter mail for third parties to your address. Deliveries are made to the private letter box or P.O. Box, as required. These do not need to display the name of the third party.

Not registered as a Swiss Post customer? Create a login. After checking your identity, we will send you an activation code by mail within two to three working days.

Sub-address – one address for various recipients

With the “sub-address”, you will be registered with Swiss Post as a recipient for letter mail addressed to third parties. These could be branches for businesspeople, or subtenants for private individuals, for instance. The delivery is made to your P.O. Box or private letter box.
