You are in your Customer Center. Here you can find an overview of all your favourite online services, pages and documents and can adjust them accordingly. You can also edit your personal profile.

What is the Customer Center?

You can manage your user profile in the Customer Center. It gives you an overview of all the online services, pages and documents you have marked as Favourites.

Settings

You can configure your preferred consignment settings (authorizations, temporary forwarding, sub-addresses, authorization for delivery, P.O. Boxes, change of address, retain mail, etc.) and profile settings (notifications for parcel consignments, PickPost and My Post 24, etc.) on the “Settings” page.

These settings are permanent, but can be changed at any time.

Login information

My Favourites

You have the option in the Customer Center of using Favourites for everything you want to access quickly. You have to be logged in to add a topic to your Favourites.

All online services

On the “All online services” page you will find an overview of all Swiss Post’s online services. Select and mark the services that are most important to you as Favourites so that you can find them easily again in your personal area under My favourites.

My user profile

You can edit your personal details in your user profile. Here is where you can find an account overview for online payments as well as select payment options, store credit cards and top up your personal credit.

As the administrator of a business customer account, you can register your employees here and manage their permissions. You can apply for a billing relationship in order to use all business customer services and benefit from having a single central billing system.

You have the following payment options:

  • Invoice
  • E-Wallet
  • Debit & credit cards
  • TWINT
  • Vouchers

Phishing and attempted fraud on the Internet

The increasing number of attempts at fraud on the Internet deliberately target any carelessness on the part of users in order to gain access to coveted data. Here you will find information on what you and Swiss Post can do about them, and where you can report suspicious cases.
