What about PDF files and what can I do if I experience problems with uploading?
PDF files from Microsoft Office applications are unsuitable for the creation of postcards for quality reasons. Create the PDFs using a PDF print driver or use the postcard editor directly in the PostCard Creator application.
If the creation of PDFs does not work, please contact our support team at email@example.com.

You pay the price indicated in the price list. A flat-rate fee of CHF 5.00 per order is charged for sending unaddressed cards.
How do I upload my addresses to PostCard Creator?
The address data must be entered into an Excel file to upload the addresses. The sample file in PostCard Creator under “Import addresses”, “Download Excel sample file” can be used as a template.
- The uppermost line must contain the column labels
- Postal code and city must be in separate columns and must be completed
- For international consignments, the country needs to be in a separate column
- The salutation should also be in a separate column (Dear Mr. X, Dear John)
- The same information must always stay in the same column (street always in the column for streets)
Where can I manage my postcard mailshots?
All orders are stored in “My products” regardless of their status. The current status is shown in the “Status” line.
This is where you can edit, delete, or duplicate your mailshots. The mouse-over effect can help you identify the buttons: Position your mouse over one and a small help text will appear.

We guarantee that your data will be safe: PostCard Creator meets the Swiss Data Protection regulations.
